Exactly why does Man About Town/Rich Knode post their YouTube videos on the UK version instead of the US version?

Did you see the video clip? What exactly is the point? It just shows Bob Herman telling the council his opinion on their options.
A better bet would be to show the ensuing debate.
I saw the video and thought it showed how their city attorney came up with his ideas for their trash bill. I saw where it was part 1. I guess there will be more? I have been keeping up with you guys in Overland. Mr Ripley of Ripleys Believe It or Not?? wouldn't believe what's going on there.
