The agenda for tomorrow's meeting has yet to be posted on the city hall website. This is in direct violation of Judge Sherry's order regarding meetings of the city council.
Considering some of the "last minute deals" pushed through before, we have plenty of reasons to be leery of the hiding of this agenda.
Ol' Empty pretends to be above the law all the time. But, does he really think he is above a judge's order that stated meeting notices and agendas must be posted online, too?

I haven't seen or heard too much about the agenda.
Based on the workshop meeting last week I assume we will have a proposed ordinance to do all the insurance business discussed during that meeting.
In addition, MT Schneider said someone from E-W Gateway would address the council (this couldn't be done in a workshop???).
I have also heard our state Rep, Jake Zimmerman will be speaking.
Speaking of E-W Gateway and the CA position, MT Schneider set the workshop date as Tuesday, December 4. Timed so that all you folks who celebrate Hannakuh cannot attend. (Why Tuesday and not the usual Monday was not announced and it was not something agreed upon by the council--they were told.)
The Agenda is now posted online.
I am not sure what is up with three guest speakers. It is as if Ol' Empty doesn't realize that purpose and benefits of workshop meetings. Now, what could be a 40 minute meeting is stretched out to multiple hours.
