Are they referring to a bachelors degree, because if not, I am sure Kenny Owensby will be submitting application.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
That eliminates 3/4 of current City employees.
Precisely and more importantly at least one.
