Well, it was over a week late but COGG did finally file their report for the first quarter of 2008. Nothing too suprising. Well, aside from a "good government" group that does not seem to have the ability to follow Election/Ethics Law.

I am looking for board sponsorship to change our regulation of "parades".
Liquid fueled motorized vehicles should be prohibited from parades within Overland. Parade permits shall be issued only to parades conducted by non-motorized means.
I'm also missing a skull. If anyone finds a skull laying around, please contact me.
Don't you hate when you are at the car wash, about to vacuum out the trunk and body parts roll out?
