There seems to be a lot of proposed ordinances. A lot seem to deal with upgrading the version of the international building code used by Public Works.
There are two that amend the budget. Anyone know what those are about?

With Upchuck Bafoon demanding more money, don't be too surprised that he gets his way. How about making sure the money is for "AN ACTING PUBLICS WORKS DIRECTOR". When we get a REAL public works director the ACTING can go back to the regualr salary.
I think he's an overpayed hack anyway, but the votes are there to give him the raise thanks Jones and Dils for that.
The Capital Improvement may be for the Wildacres property that was approved by a vote last year. Seems Someone neglected to get the necessary bids and get the work done or atleast started.
Wasn't MT in charge of that project way back when? Seems the City Clerk has her own agenda about following what the Council wants and has yet to held accoutable for her actions.
Let's Summarize the acting Public Works Director doesn't do squat about Wildacres just let in fall in further disrepair and then wants a raise. Why because the City Clerk don't follow through with the wishes of the council. MT can say aquat because he didn't follow through when he had the ball.
