When I was a kid, the neighborhood used to chant "Larry, Larry, Quite Contrary". Keeping my contrarian ways, and realizing COGG gives us enough to debunk as ORT, I am announcing the new COGG Contrarian.
My purpose will be to debunk all COGG propaganda. I feel we will have a lot to do with the upcoming election.

Snowball-as in snowball's chance in hell you would understand--Hopkans doesnt bring any new ideas to this committee. Quite contrary she brings the same ol' same ol. Another COGGster appointed to another committee.
Than again Hopkans does bring a different type of view on the definition of city beautification.
