Schneider and his PR representative, Buck Collier, have been at it again! The latest is this laughable headline from the Journal: Overland edges closer to seeking administrator
This "edging" must be occuring behind the scenes. I've been to every council meeting. I've been to almost every workshop--and have watched those I haven't attended online. Each time a CA search has been mentioned, Empty has brushed it off with "we plan to workshop that in the near future". Each time a CA search has been mentioned, it has been met with groans from the COGG-like supporters of Empty.
Has he had a change of heart? That would be welcome. However, me thinks he is full of crap. And what is that saying...you can't bullshit a bullshitter!

Phrases like the one below from the article makes it appear as if this is something the full council has debated for the past weeks or months. It makes me wonder if there have been some backroom shenanigans happening.

Buck Collier is so freaking lazy he cites a poll on the Overland Examiner as being a legitimate source of information for his stories; a scientific poll for sure.
Maybe this is a hobby for him or something, but certainly not a profession. I love that the SJ won't publish any on-line comments that take Buck Collier to task on his vacuous reporting.
But, I am telling you that Mike "the Big Empty" Schneider is already grooming his City Manager down at Public Works, Chuck Boone, Renaissance-Man.
I am starting to believe that Buck Collier received his journalism credentials from the same place that Queen Ann got her nursing degree.
I think he saw it on the back of a matchbook.
Empty is so full of himself its really pathetic. In his mind of he thinks about something he believes the Council will back.
They just had a Special Meeting and Town Hall Meeting over rats and some properties being put together. I would have thought someone would have let the Council and Citizens know that come Monday night a bill is going to be introduce removing any mandatory retirement ages.
We can look forward to having the same good ole boys for as long as they live. This place is a trainwreck looking its moment in time.
The problem is they are totally out of control. Who is guarding the Hen House? The management who always put themselves ahead of everyone else?
They have had it so good for so long. Think about it they never had to answer answer to Purzner because she was so frickin crazy. Everyone embraced them then. They didn't have to answer to Dody he was one of them former asst Public Works it was easy for them to manipulate, him he was simpleminded and let's not forget Munsch the bonafide crook.
I sat back and watched and it seems like now their Manchurian Mayor, a guy truly a figment of his own imagination is beginning to appear to be just more of same. Back door deals, you scratch my back I might do something for you. Keep to a small number nobody knows what's going on. Shutting some people out because their egos think they know everything. Well this house of cards is resembling the Dody/Munsch Days again.
When Mike made his deal with Ken Owensbey with the help and assistance of Munsch he doomed his his own fate.
Who is paying for Ken's personal cell phone now?
Ironic just 8 months ago Kenny was part of the bunch firing Boone and now he's can't stop but compliment him. You think we don't notice this Mr. Mayor your sadly mistaken. Weasels one and all.
